The Karaoke King show will be giving away pair of VIP tickets to this years Festival of Beers on April 30th 2011 from 1pm to 5pm.
Tickets include: a 4oz souvenir cup for beer sampling (up to 40 samples), a catered meal by Champ’s BBQ and fun in the sun with your friends. For the attendee that would like to escape the crowds and chill in the shade, VIP area tickets are available for only $100. The Festival of Beers (also known as Bakersfield Beerfest) VIP will receive exclusive access to the shaded VIP area where they can enjoy food, specialty beverages and acoustic entertainment.
This year The Karaoke King Show will be back and Bigger then ever. with close to 50,000 songs to choose from.
Here is how to win the VIP tickets from the Karaoke King Show.
1. Come out to a live taping of the show (the more times you come you more chances you will have to win)
2. Post Videos, Photos, Comments or Reviews (the more you post you more chances you will have to win. only one post in each section per day please)
3. Get your entry ticket at the Karaoke show
4. Be at the show on Friday April 29th for the drawing. you must be present at the time of the drawing

Tomi’s Country Cafe & The Karaoke King Show are raising money for the Bakersfield Rescue Mission! Starting this Thursday with a special Veteran’s Day Broadcast from 7-10pm, Tomi’s Country Cafe will donate 10% of every food bill mentioning “Bakersfield Rescue Mission” to support the homeless and disadvantaged in our area. In these tough economic times, the mission is desperate for your support, and this will cost no more than ordinary dinner with the advantage of Free Entertainment. Can’t Make It Down but still want to help? Click Here to Donate Now.
Additionally, Kyle & LeeAnn Brown, a.k.a. Karaoke King and Queen will personally donate an additional $1 per singer to the cause. Come out and show your support, whether in money or in song, it will be appreciated!
About The Mission
The Bakersfield Rescue Mission’s purpose is to provide an environment conducive to the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of the people we serve. Our goal is to assist each of our residents and guests toward independent living.
We hope this site will provide you with a better understanding of what the Mission does and what its purpose is as well as to keep the friends of the Mission up to date on activities and events as they occur.

New Karaoke Show HAS BEEN CANCELED

4200 Pizzeria Has reneged on their handshake deal we had. We will no longer be doing Karaoke at 4200 Pizzeria. after 2 weeks of Karaoke and personal expense they called me 3 hrs before the show was to start and said they had sent an email 4 days ago. I can’t find any such email. anyhow I will stop now.
The Karaoke King Show is now in the South West! That’s right starting this Wednesday the 3rd of November The Karaoke King Show will be at 4200 Pizzeria (Formerly Papa O’s Pizza) on Gosford just South of White Lane!

Karaoke King and Tomi’s Cowgirl Cafe are giving away Free Money

Very important update from Tomi’s Cowgirl Café. Tomi’s is starting a program to help local Charities, Non-profits, Sports Teams, Schools, Theater Groups or anyone looking to raise a little money for a good cause. If this is you or some you know please have them contact me or Tomi and we will help you set up a great night of entertainment and great food.
The basic criteria is you must be a good cause that is family friendly and able to bring in at least 40 people on a Thursday night from 7pm to 10pm.
What Tomi’s Cowgirl Café will do for you is provide you with some great entertainment, some mic play for your event & Karaoke for the attendees to enjoy and this is the most important part is you will get a % of all money spent between the hours of 7pm & 10pm

We will be having an in house Karaoke Contest at Tomi’s Cowgirl Cafe over the next Two weeks. The dates of the open contest is Thursday Sept 23rd, Friday Sept 24th & Thursday Sept 30th with the Finals to be held on Friday Oct 1st.
This contest is open to all ages and we will select 2 winners each night of open competition. Open Karaoke and sign-ups start at 7pm and we will only take sign ups until 7:30p contest will start at 8:30p apx.

Wild Card #3 – Weds 9/15 8pm Trouts

If you haven’t made it to the Fair yet, this is your very last chance to qualify. Registration and warmups will start at 7pm, show kicks off at 8pm for this limited two hour event. Rockwell will be using his high-tech cameras to stream the online broadcast. Wild West Entertainment will be running the show; but Karaoke King will emcee and Queen, as always, will host and run the online broadcast. This event is limited to 21 and over, please.
